Crew members are the life-blood of the Hangar. Often the first point of contact for customers, the crew lives and breathes the Hangar’s values ensuring every visitor feels welcome, supported and included from the moment they step through the door.

As a crew member you will be practical, positive and adaptable, bringing with you plenty of experience of face to face customer service in busy environments. You’ll constantly be on the look out for ways to improve what we do, driving sales based on delivering real value for our community. An excellent communicator, your friendly, approachable attitude, passion for climbing culture and quiet competence around the centre will create an environment that is comfortable, sociable and fun to be in, helping to encourage our climbers back to the Hangar time and again.

Crew members will be expected to take on a variety of tasks, including climbing coaching and demonstrations, so good climbing skills or a willingness to learn are a definite bonus.

This is a rare opportunity to join a new team within an already successful climbing business. You’ll be supported by an industry-leading management team who will give you plenty of say in how we engage with our customers and the products and services we develop as we grow. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn a range of specialist skills from some of the best in the business as we continue to innovate and position ourselves at the forefront of the UK’s climbing industry.

Closing date is 30th November
