Grivel convertor bails on non-Grivel crampons

Currently have a pair of BD Snaggletooths which I love, but no longer fit on my Nepal Extreme's due to front bail wear. Don't have the money for new boots at the moment, and would like to keep the Snaggletooths - does anyone have success fitting these Grivel front bail converters (https://www.trekkinn.com/outdoor-mountain/grivel-arco-delantero-x-2-tranfor...) on non-Grivel crampons? (specifically BD ones, I guess)
