Knee/lower limb specialists in Sheffield?

Can anybody recommend somebody who is good with knees in Sheffield? The inside of my left knee is notably lumpy with a certain amount of discomfort emanating from that location.

Thanks,  I guess one would need a Foundry card to claim the discount? Mine vanished years ago. I'll contact them about prices.
