My Thermarest NeoAir had a problem: the valve unit rotated in the housing, but the mat wasn't seriously leaking. It was 5 years old, and I returned it for repair. They've just replaced it with a new one, no quibbles, no questions asked.
That's what I call excellent customer service, and it's great for their reputation. Many thanks, one and all at Cascade Designs in Ireland.
