Didn't know, but just switched on by chance. That solo just gets more sensational every time I see it!!!

Didnt really get a chance to plug the film did he. It was almost like the forgot when the show ended... one minute chatting then just cut him off and stood up to end the show

I guess it was more important to tell viewers that Alex was having a baby. 

The solo ranks amongst the finest sporting achievements of all time but John Bishop and Nadia got more airtime.

The rubbish piece about carrying a piano up the Tourist Track and playing it on the summit (which they didn't manage to reach) also got more time. I know they have to have a bit of variety on the prog but that was awful, would have been better giving that time to Honnold.

Good to see Billy Connolly, though.

Not sure about sporting, but Alex Honnold having a baby would surely be the finest achievement of all time!
In fact, it would be quite astonishing...

Agreed. Pretty shabby treatment of him. A few inane questions and then goodbye. It also sounded to me like Alex introduced him as Alec to add insult to injury!
