Boulders is looking for a Senior Instructor to join our team on a full time, 40 hour permanent contract.
Boulders operates one of the largest climbing centres in the UK, and is one of the larger leisure operators in Cardiff. Operating since 2008, we’ve establish ourselves as a key player in the local area and wider industry. We’re passionate about opening up the world of climbing to a wider audience, showing how fun, accessible and varied the world of climbing is and providing clear progression pathways for those wanting to participate.
Our Senior Instructors are a vital part of our team. They are responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all climbing activities in the centre. They manage and lead a team of part time climbing instructors as well as instructing the full range of sessions themselves. They also act as Duty Managers for the centre, working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Admin staff.
The role is currently advertised for £16,500 - £18,500 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, and also has a generous training budget allocated. We can also provide a relocation allowance.
