The usual Spanish suspects would be El Chorro (staying at Olive Branch) or Costa Blanca (staying at Orange Tree). Loads of climbing options.... too many to itemise!!
Geyikbayiri in Turkey (staying at Josito) is a more exotic option.
Plenty of British climbers to associate with in the Spanish haunts, & a cosmopolitan crowd (German, Dutch, Russian, Swedish, American, British & more) at Josito.
Geyikbayiri favours those that enjoy steep sloth-like climbing, tho slabbier climbing can be found all around too (tho the sharp rock would be quite grating in the event of a slide!). Geyikbayiri - Lower Tier Geyikbayiri - Moon Sector Geyikbayiri - Upper Tier Geyikbayiri - Upper Tier Bouldering
