Thanks for putting the quiz together.

However for question 10, I think you have the first ascensionists of salathe wall and freerider mixed up? I could do with the extra 2% this year!

see  https://climbing-history.org/climb/804/freerider  and https://climbing-history.org/climb/814/salath%C3%A9-wall

Bit of a shame to not have the crossword this year, I thought that was the best part of the quiz last time. Liked the map round though

In reply to Jim blackford:

Agree! Just 1% will do for me

Yeah the map round was fun! Anyone work out 56? Feels like it should be fairly distinctive being so close to the town...

I also think the answer of number 10 is incorrect! I got number 56… don’t wanna give it away!

An animal found on a farm maybe?

Disclaimer - this was a team effort from the whole family.

Happy Christmas, Cheers, Dom (and family!)

Well, that just confirms what I suspected, I know next to nothing about sport climbing or climbing in the Olympics 🙄 10/10 on the map round though!

Agreed. I liked the anagrams too in the past.

I think some of your quiz maps might have escaped into the app!

Look at the shape of the crag and the surrounding crags got it for me and thinking about crags that rockfax cover, a famous pioneer from the area died recently.

Best part of the quiz, rest was too focused on current news imo of which I have nearly no interest. I guessed most answers

Too late but correctly guessed it in a flash of inspiration and your clue makes sense now. I was thinking of something like Sheep Tor…

A quick map check identified 53. Should have been obvious really, having been past that roundabout a few times this year! At least my guess was in the right national park…

Is there anyway I can access my answers as I forgot to make a note which I got right.
