In the UK I was dealt with by someone in Ireland who I believe covered all the Cascade Designs companies including MSR. They were absolutely great and got me new parts for my snowshoes to get them working again - this was after someone "reached out" (I know some hate the expression, but it is perfect here because I didn't do anything, they contacted me) after I mentioned on a thread here that I had managed to break a part on one of the pair, years ago. My other interaction with Cascade was some years ago when my 20 year old thermarest started delaminating. I sent it to them, they apologised and said unfortunately it can't be fixed so sent me the nearest equivalent modern one, which of course is lighter and more compact.

Hope you get sorted out.

Same here. I sent in my Dragonfly cooker for a service (in my case from Germany) and it too found its way to Cascade Designs in Ireland. I got it back within a few weeks and I was happy with the result.

In reply to mike123:  Cascade Designs have owned MSR for about 20+ years. In Europe all warranty/repairs are handled by Cascade Designs, Dwyer Road,  Midleton, Co. Cork, Ireland

Thanks all . I’ve had great help dealings in the past but it was indeed 20 plus years ago , I’ve been using their stoves all that time and this is the first time I’ve needed to contact them , which says alot .
