On Saturday 6th Feb, F-BO16 entertained and challenged 120 climbers. This year there were two new categories , juniors 10-13 years and vets 50 and over adding to youth 14-17 years and seniors 18-49.

To be honest, I can't say I overly enjoyed this years fbo. Went with a few others for a bit of fun, but ended up at the works after a short lived stint at the foundry.
It was far too busy, and a real struggle to even get on a problem, getting cold and injury prone between attempts, and kids who have yet to learn curtesy filtering in the side of a queue to get on one problem of 4 or 5 that were bunched up and crossed paths, causing queuing to become impossible, dangerous and frustrating.
The problems were good, there just isn't enough space at the foundry, especially not for the crowds it attracted.

Maybe next year have session slots? Specifically a junior session!
