Nice article. Overtraining in kids is just nuts - other growth plates in the legs can, if fractured, cause cessation of growth in that leg - very bad news.

I'm 14 and am recovering from a growth plate fracture at the moment. It's really nasty and im having to have weeks off from climbing.
