Old entreprises poster - who is the climber?

I recently dug out this poster from the late 1990s - no photo or climber credit anywhere, does anyone recognise the image and climber?

The wall is definitely Bargoed. When I started climbing hanging from that stalactite was my main ambition thanks to this poster. I remembered being gutted when my mate got there first.
