As reported earlier this year, Ben Moon recently re-signed with Boreal (click here to see the UKC Report) after his ascent ofRainshadow (9a) (9a) at Malham Cove. On recommendation from other climbers Ben found himself testing the new Lynx shoes (pictured below) late last year and got on well with them, in order to celebrate the partnership Boreal and Ben's own brand - Moon - are having a giveaway.
BOREAL LYNX

The last shape has evolved from a previous version of our popular Lynx model, with a wider forefoot and slimmer heel offering a secure and comfortable fit for the average foot. We have also added a women’s specific last shape, designed to fit the contours of a lower volume foot.
The upper consists of a premium quality unlined split leather, with padded neoprene tongue. This works in conjunction with our full length lacing to lock the foot in place in comfort.

The hoody has been designed with the crag in mind. We've given it a soft fleece lining and a peaked hood with drawcode adjustment for when it's properly chilly. The pockets are also jersey-lined, great for keeping your hands warm.
