Petzl Alto

Next is one of Petzl’s new ALTO bouldering pads. With a one-piece hingeless design and sized at 118 x 100 x 10 cm, the ALTO crashpad offers excellent protection for bouldering falls, thanks to a triple-layer foam assembly specifically developed by Petzl for better cushioning. Its patented folding system lengthens the life of the foam and provides a storage space when the crashpad is closed. The carrying system with its chest and waist adjustments and wide shoulder straps, provides great comfort during the approach.

Gripmaster

Finally we have a Gripmaster, available in four strengths, Gripmaster is ideal for climbers of all abilities. Each of our fingers is powered by a completely separate system of muscles and tendons located in the hand, wrist and forearm. Most of the hand's power is generated by larger muscles in the forearm while finer movements are controlled by smaller muscles in the hand itself. The wrist is the bridge which stabilizes the interaction of the hand & forearm. The best way to develop better strength, endurance and coordination in your hands is to challenge and develop each finger individually.
Gripmaster provide a range of exercises designed to enhance and maintain the physical attributes and general health of hands which are available to download here.
