An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our growing climbing team. You will work a varying pattern of shifts, which will require evening and weekend work.
If you are interested in a career in sport and leisure, Oxford Brookes University Sport also has fantastic training programmes that can lead to management positions, with a real focus on individual development and mentorship.

The candidate:
Should have extensive experience working in an indoor climbing centre
Hold the Climbing Wall Instructor Award or Rock Climbing Instructor Award
Hold the Climbing Wall Development Instructor Award and Foundation Coach Award or equivalent
Have a wide knowledge and understanding of the NICAS syllabus
Must be passionate about great customer service
Must be willing to work a flexible shift pattern including evenings and weekends
Should understand relevant health and safety legislation
Should have excellent verbal communication skills
Should have confidence and an approachable nature
