The Tide is Cornwall's largest Climbing Centre with a team who have visited, built, and worked in climbing facilities all over the world. Together we have distilled our favourite parts from each to create The Tide. We are looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for climbing to become a part of our team as team members and duty managers.

As part of our close knit team you will be responsible for all aspects of running the centre from checking people in at reception to feeding them in the kitchen or maintaining centre cleanliness and ultimately ensuring that everyone has a great climbing experience.

Hours, pay and perks

• Team Member hours and pay are 30-40 hours per week at a rate of £10-£10.80 per hour depending on age/experience
• Duty Manager hours and pay are 40 hours per week and a salary of £22,500- £23,500
• Free/unlimited climbing, hot drinks and fitness classes.
• Staff socials
• Shifts will include daytime, evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and good surf days.
