About Rhino Boulder

Rhino Boulder recently opened its doors in Bromley and the reception and feedback from everyone who has visited so far has been very positive!

The centre houses an exceptional bouldering facility with some of the best boulders in London (we are biased yes!). We have a small retail area, a fully equipped gym / training area, and a beautiful café-bar overlooking the climbing area.

Our aim is to use the comprehensive facilities we have, to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where the local community can get together, have fun, and share their passion for climbing.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and passionate leader to join our team and help us implement our vision and make this place as awesome as we want it to be.

Equal Opportunities
In an ideal world all candidates will be climbers and have a background in the climbing industry, however, we also trust there are some very suitable candidates out there who don’t but are keen and willing to learn. Furthermore, research suggests that women, people of colour and people with disabilities are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Rhino, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace. Therefore, if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every skill / attribute / qualification in the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
