White Spider is looking for an experienced individual to fill a vacancy in the Duty Manager Team.
The purpose of the role is to provide management in all aspects of the day to day operation of the centre, including leading the reception team, to delivery a high quality service to all White Spider customers.
If you:
- have previous Duty Manager experience
- have the ability to motivate a team of staff
- are able to ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at all times
- can deliver and promote high quality customer service
- have excellent organisational and communication skills
- have experience cash handling
- can manage a busy workload and keep smiling
- are a keen, active and experienced climber
- have what it takes to be proactive in the running of a busy climbing centre

The successful candidate will hold:
- an NGB qualification, (minimum SPA / CWA)
- a current first aid certificate
Candidates will benefit from a working knowledge of the Rock Gym Pro computer package.
