ALL ROUNDER

We are looking for fun, interesting people to come join our small team as an All Rounder. The job includes many aspects essential to smooth running of the centre including reception and cafe work, advising customers on all of our products and assisting the Duty Manager in the completing essential daily tasks. Hackney Wick Boulder Project is a small bouldering wall opening in January, if you are a positive, outgoing person with an ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service you may be perfect for joining the team.


What we need from you
To have a positive approach in dealing with customers
Competent computer skills
A positive and team player
Have a good understanding of the climbing/leisure industry

What we would like from you
Climbing experience
First Aid qualifications
Barista experience / a passion for good coffee

What we can give you
£8.20 per hour (+holiday pay)
20 hours minimum per month
Shifts will include daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Accumulative holiday based on hours worked

DUTY MANAGER

We are looking for two Duty Managers to come join our small, happy team. As a duty manager you will be involved in the day to day running of the bouldering wall; providing excellent customer service, carrying out daily safety checks and supervising other members of staff. We are a small bouldering wall opening in January and we need positive, outgoing, self driven people who seek to provide the best experience for our customers.

What we need from you
To have a positive approach in dealing with customers
A willingness to embrace problem-solving
Competent computer skills
First Aid qualifications/experience in dealing with first aid
A positive and confident team leader
Have a good understanding of the climbing/leisure industry

What we would like from you
Climbing experience
Building and maintenance experience
Marketing, media or design skills
Finance/HR experience
Food and beverage industry knowledge
Barista experience / a passion for good coffee

What we can give you
£9.20 per hour (+holiday pay)
120 hours minimum per month
Shifts will include daytime, evenings, weekends and Bank holidays
Accumulative holiday based on hours worked
