What sort of level do you need to be climbing at to get benefit form this?
I'm interested but worried that I'd be too shit/fat/weak to be able to benefit from their teachings.
I wonder if they ever do this sort of thing outdoors, gotta say although the overall concept sounds interesting, the thought of having to go indoors is detracting. As ever, the weather will no doubt be a major factor, but could aim outdoors and then fall back to indoors with a weather call closer to the date. From my past experience with walls though, cracks were generally an after thought, so no doubt they're limited to particular ones, or perhaps things have changed.
