Rockfax Description
A desperate line up the scooped wall. Climb the thin crack then move right via an enormous reach to a poor break. Continue slightly right using a pocket to gain the right arete and an easy finish. A more direct version is harder. Low poor wires protect. © Rockfax

Nice route. Had a go from the ground but bottled it so got on the top rope. Some quite hard moves where you wouldn't want to fall off. E7?

Did the left hand finish. Presumably the gear has deteriorated since it was E6 6b. Gonna sit on the fence and say E6/7 6b/c. well good climbing, pretty necky though, any gear of worth is very low down!!

Flailed a lot before getting beta from Rab Carrington's mate who'd found it quite easy back in the day. I still couldn't do the move. Lots of options but all are huge reaches to poor holds.

top roped first then lead. still hard!

Did all of the moves. Crux section is a 4 move boulder problem, with the last move being the hardest. After that it's about HVS to the top. Very doable, gear is reasonable but low. A little more finger strength wouldn't go amiss for this.
