A fierce pitch which I would say is at the top end of the grade (or standard Cheddar E1 ;) and would IMO be slightly harder than the crux groove pitch of Coronation street. The crux is very near the start of the pitch, it's mindbendingly exposed and very good climbing with good gear, but which you need to be strong to place. Once you've pulled through the crux bulge it becomes much less difficult, although the small sapling at half height provides some interest to pass. There is surprisingly little vegetation considering this hardly ever gets climbed.
