Worth doing. Protection is a little sparse in the (easy) lower half, once you get to the pegs (which are solid) it's really well protected. Top crack takes whatever you have to throw at it. Definitely soft, a few 5b moves based on getting your feet high. Low E2 5b.

Great pitch of summery climbing; made me realise it's time to learn how to jam!

Steady but thoughtful climbing to the crux then all out laybacking to the 'loose' block.

Pretty easy for grade, worthwhile technical groove, first peg is newish, second looks bit older so wasn't relying on it... People say gear is good but there is this sort of void in the lower half - not hard but potential fall would be onto ledges.

E1 5a? My new favourite climb on Sea Walls - even though it has about 5 big resting ledges, it is really really good. And the perfect layback at the top is awesome, if very easy. Feels very safe with the new pegs. No need for hexes.

Good climb, pretty safe I'd say (assuming the pegs are good) and a bit on the soft side.

Retreated last time from quite low down; didn't get any meaningful beta, so putting today's effort down as a clean onsight. We both thought this was a really good climb and worth two stars.

Annoyingly you can get from FG into VDG after its crux, but not so easily vice versa. Therefore VDG is the true inescapable line of weakness ;-).
