Please refrain from climbing outside

Due to the ongoing spread of Covid-19, please abstain from climbing outside.

At UKC we are all climbers and we understand the strong urge to be outdoors as the weather is finally improving, but we feel this is no longer socially acceptable. You can read our statement here.

We have suspended the UKC Logbooks Top Ascents and Conditions pages and we will no longer accept ascents dated from 23rd March onwards. You can still upload your historic ascents.

Rockfax Description
A fine intimidating line through the roof and up the soaring arete above. The starting roof is powerful, reachy and a bit bold to a rest ledge. Move right to the upper arete which is very exposed. © Rockfax

Graeme Hammond 26 Jul, 2016 Lead RP Spent some time clearing rhododendrons from the top of the route + a few on route last week then did moves in trainers. Bit easier in rock shoes. Very soft but great E3 (E2 then?) But care required at the start with the hollow rock.
