15m. Climb up the groove on the end of the Promontory to the top and continue briefly up Promontory Direct to place some protection. downclimb to below the overlap on the left hand wall before traversing across and over the overlap. Finish directly above.

Ticklists: Progression.

Fell once and took a massive swing. Really good route with good gear up high for the crux.

Good route. Not sustained with a couple of big cruxy moves.

Totally not my style of climbing but all the more reason that I'm glad I did it.

Soft touch? Wouldn't fancy without the high side runner though. Surely, the direct start must be more than just one grade harder.

Second E4 and really glad I stuck with it, the route does offer good protection but when on the crux move doesnít feel like it. Great line but I do believe climbing up Promontory to plug then awkwardly slide back down isnít the most graceful or best start.

Self Belay. I finally climbed it clean and it was tough, delighted. 11f.

Self belay. Felt more difficult than Nijinski. Nice route. Wish my arm was 2 inches longer lol. I'll be back. :o)

Fail! Fluffed the move into the crack above the crux by having the blinkers on. Twice. I'm glad those RPs are decent! Did it clean on toprope to get the gear back, so disappointed to have made a hash of it on lead.

Nice route! Harder than Nijinski technically but much better protection. Psyched.

Just realised I led this on Friday 13th! Belayed Alec up it as the council towed away a burned out car about 10ft from me. Led it after Alec on his gear.

Great moves, the crux seems very unlikley until you try it. Neil led it like a pro.

First ascent. Very serious in those days. The only protection was a terrible bent over pin that Jim had placed.
