Rockfax Description
20m. Start at a carved cross and make desperate moves up the wall to reach holds and runners on Stargazer, finish up the wall above passing the right-hand edge of the roof. The start is currently a bit dusty. © Rockfax

UKC Logbook Description
Brilliantly thin moves, via huge reaches to gain Stargazer Direct from the natural Start. There is no gear, but a fall can normally be shrugged off with a little rolling(!) - Franco 'broken bones' Cookson, nov 09. Probably still awaiting a full onsight.

amccann 17/Jun/17 Lead β

Went for a quick go, fairly certain I was going to immediately fall off and do Stargazer instead, but managed to get the move (helped watching others on it just before). Finished through the crux of Stargazer and followed that to the top.

Calum Wadsworth 17/Jun/17 Lead β

Made the landing nice with pads, much much easier for the tall (not 6c). Finished up stargazer which makes for a brilliant route bottom to top.

"just the usual solos". Fell off trying to downclimb it- serves me right for showing off. Wall to the right is almost a goer- E1 7b was the consensus. Groped the end hold a few times.

Dave Warburton 02/Sep/12 Solo dnf

Very close to crimp at full lock off in bridge position. One or two more inches (height or arm span) and it would be cruiseabe. Not to be.

Franco Cookson 21/Aug/12 Solo

Felt like a total path today- must be getting stronger. Shame it rained straight after and ruined the day :(

Orlov 24/Apr/09 Lead dnf

Down climbed from crux move, tricky. Onsight retained.
