Greeny 19 Jan AltLd DNF, one or two pitches from the top. Losing daylight. Ice was lean. Very difficult to protect. Down climbed in the dark off some fairly dodgy rock flakes. Exciting day out. My partner and I graded it V/ VI on the day.

Plungeman 21 Feb, 2015 AltLd O/S IV, 4 in the SMC guide. With the amount of insecure axes and feet in almost consolidated snow ice and a surprising amount of chimneying I'm inclined to agree with the V 4 here. Cracking day out!

jamestheyip 12 Dec, 2009 AltLd dnf Snow very crusty at last pitch. Would be too risky to carry on as it was unprotectable. Had to down climb.

joe larner 12 Dec, 2009 AltLd dnf Got within 25 metres of the top when any useable snow/ice ran out. Had a rather concerning series of down climbs in the dark on very dubious belays to get off. Both my axes also broke on the way down. Quite an eventful outing.
