Rockfax Description
The perplexing crack gained from the niche. Originally given VS! The direct start is actually slightly easier f6B. © Rockfax

UKC Logbook Description
OFTEN MISTAKEN WITH THE DIRECT VERSION. In the centre of the wall is a small niche, with a crack slanting diagonally to it from the right. Start at the base of this crack and climb it leftwards to finish as for the more popular 'direct' version.

This was much harder than 6c. We did the crack traverse on jams and undercuts. Felt like 7a+.

Great little problem, got it third time (this day!) - found the jamming harder than the crimpy start bit - sit start version next!
