Didn't trust the gear enough to go for it, so gingerly sat on a cam and lowered off. It turns out I was a move away from decent holds and more gear. Will be back.

Nice bit of wall presumably named after the painted wall in Black Canyon, Colorado, which looks exactly the same but hundreds of metres high. A bit short and not that special climbing though. Definitely not 4 stars

Think we started up Motion Control or something as the direct was totally unprotected. We warmed up on the older E2 (the one in between the HS rib and Grant's Bad Hairday) on the opposite side of the sea arch from where The Screaming Ab Dabs etc. starts
