βeta: If you can reach the lip holds with left hand whilst on the back - campus the match and then campus up to the jug. Makes padding the landing easy on one pad and no spotter needed. Also .... less high heels. Not sure if it’s easier this way though...

βeta: Certainly not a desperate roof, felt a little bit worrying getting my feet on the lip but the hardest part is getting your hands on the lip without swinging off backwards.
