Rockfax Description
A reasonably pleasant and long wandering route. Start in the large corner right of Brant.
1) 4c, 24m. Move out right to a flat spike then back left above the initial steep section of the groove. Traverse up left on good holds below a bulge to gain a small ledge - junction with Surplomb. Continue left a holly tree and follow Brant to belay.
2) 5a, 8m. Step off the flake to the steep wall. Climb a crack and steep blocks to belay on a ledge shared with Brant.
3) 20m. The easy chimney leads to a grassy ledge.
4) 4b, 24m. Climb the crack to a small ledge. Pull up and over a blocky overhang then follow mossy slabs to a tree and abseil point. © Rockfax
