Rockfax Description
Classic climbing in a beautiful setting. Start right of a tree in an alcove with a yew tree on the right.
1) 14m. Climb up a crack to gain a left-trending ramp which leads to a belay next to a large block.
2) 34m. Move up to the top of the block, then rightwards onto the arete and follow it in a superb position to a ledge. Easier-angled rock leads to the top of the crag. © Rockfax

JHiley	25 Sep, 2019	Show βeta βeta: 'Block belay' or whatever is misleading. There are (small, detached) blocks but they could probably be pushed off the crag pretty easily. There are plenty of other options there to make a belay though.	βeta?

nickcj	2008	Show βeta βeta: Worth splitting pitch two on ledge above crux arête. This make communication much easier as you can see your second pretty much all the way up the route. Would make a nicer experience for beginners.	βeta?
