The direct version of Uphill Racer. From Uphill Racer's initial bolt, pull right and make hard moves up past the bolt to gain the traverse line of Uphill Racer. Climb straight up to the blocky flake (good wire). Make precarious moves to get stood on it then execute a desperate direct sequence past the two top bolts. © Rockfax
UKC Logbook Description
Start up the open groove of Living Dead. Good wires protect the slightly exposed moves to the first bolt. Make a couple of hard moves to gain a ledge and more protection. Climb straight up to reach a blocky flake (average wire) and balance up to get stood on it. Clipping the first of two bolts execute hard moves to reach easier ground and the double bolt belay above.
