Access Banned
A major rock fall has occured - access to the lower tier, beyond Dawes of Perception slab is very restricted and has been fenced off to protect the public.
There is currently no access to the quarry and climbers should avoid it for the time being.
The quarry is within the Padarn Country Park, managed by Gwynedd Council.
Rockfax Description
A great route with a stunning crux. Start up the steep crack to gain the hanging slab. Follow the crack until level with the first bolt. Spectacular moves lead left up the ramp past another bolt, where some blind groping round the final arete leads to a slab with a diagonal crack running up it. Follow this to the lower-off. © Rockfax
