Ramon Julián Puigblanque has become the 3rd member of the rather exclusive "8c+ onsight club", by onsighting The Crew at Rifle, Colorado.

The other two are of course Patxi Usobiaga (2) and Adam Ondra (7).

The route, which has become significantly harder after a hold broke, is relatively short, steep and very technical, making Ramon's onsight even more impressive.

The Spaniard seems to have truly enjoyed himself at Rifle after a, by his standards, disappointing WC in Boulder, where he was shut down by a dyno and placed last in the final. He also onsighted four 8b's at the same crag.
