Alex Megos has had a good day at Diamond falls in the Blue Mountains, even by his own (high) standards, repeating five 8b+'s and above.

What a day out!!! Sneaked the first repeats of "Sneaky Old Fox" 34 (8c+), "Fantastic Mr Fox" 33 (8c) and "Over Monkey" 33 (8c, I would give it 34/8c+) after 9 years!!! And to finish the day off i repeated "Rhythm and Stealth" 32 (8b+) and a variation of "Der Keitzlig Hund" 33 (8c).

The hardest route, Sneaky old fox follows Fantastic Mr Fox' and continues into a thin crux until you reach Grey Area's rest and then follows it to the top. Until Alex put up R.E.D, it was the hardest route in the country.
Alex' ascent was the first since Lee Cossey opened it in 2006.

Agreed that's an amazing day. Don't know what else to say though.

Respect....very conservative grading in the Bluies as Alex has suggested. The rock is also very hard on the skin so multiple 8c and higher ticks per day is really unheard of. No doubt the fact some are linkups helped but this is phenomenal.
