Alex Megos has made the first ascent of Schweinebaumeln, a ~35m Lee Cossey project at Elpinstone in the Blue Mountains, Australia.

Lee himself comments on Instagram that it was Great to see it go! I'm even more psyched now!

After not hearing anything about Alex doing any significant ascents for several days, I was beginning to wonder whether he had perhaps quit climbing and gone surfing, but apparently not then.

This is the second 9a down under after Alex' own R.E.D. which still remains unrepeated after almost two years.
