This weekend, Es Tresidder set a new record on the Ramsay Round. The Lochaber-based runner, one time record holder for the Cuillin Ridge, ran the 58 mile route over 24 summits in a time of 16 hours 12 minutes.
In a result he described as "too close for comfort" Es knocked just one minute from the previous record of 16:13, which was held by Jasmin Paris since 2016.
