The 'Indian Face Special' is drawing to a close here at UKClimbing.com. The penultimate feature is upon us, a video chat with Dave MacLeod and Calum Muskett. We caught up with these two rock jocks when they were chilling out in a (noisy) cafe in Cortina in the Dolomites, in between attempts on the multipitch 8c Bellavista.
Unfortunately the pair didn't get a chance to finish this limestone super-route due to poor weather, but fingers crossed they can get back out to the Dolomites for another attempt soon.
And back to Indian Face... here the two climbers discuss the route and tell us about their ascents and how the route fits with other hard climbs. Also I clearly can't count as I think that only five people have climbed IF, when it is of course seven. I think I was star-struck talking to Calum! Enjoy!

NB: Don't miss the final Indian Face feature coming out on Friday - an interview with THE George Ullrich.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. But a fascinating series of articles. Now some of the mystique is evaporating from IF, what next for The Route? Margins of the Mind? Has McHaffie done both? A compare and contrast interview would make interesting reading for climbers of a certain age.
He has indeed done both, in fact he does a good 'compare and contrast' type thing in an interview in this month's Climber magazine. Good issue I thought, worth checking out.
