DMM is a company that designs, manufactures, markets and sells high quality equipment for use in climbing, mountaineering, tree care, working at height, rope access and rescue. DMM strives to achieve the highest levels of quality, innovation, and service.

DMM currently have the following vacancy:

As DMM's Graphic Designer you will be responsible for the visual communication of the DMM brand across all platforms including online, trades shows, product marketing materials and merchandise.  You'll be part a dynamic marketing team based full-time at our Caernarfon HQ in north Wales.

Job Type: Full time 37.5hrs contract
Salary: £25-27k

Role Responsibilities:

• Translate briefs into high-quality graphic design communications within an established brand ethos and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to collectively achieve business objectives.
• Update and maintain internal cloud system for design work.
• Keep up with industry trends and feed knowledge back into the business.

Required Skills:

• The ability to use standard design software programs such and InDesign and Illustrator. Experience of UI and UX would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work as a team and independently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a methodological approach for meeting deadlines, both short term and long term.
• A creative approach to tasks, also critically thinking with the ability to reflect.
• Attention to detail.
