Duty Manager, White Spider Jobs

White Spider is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our Operational Management Team. As a key team member, you’ll lead the Front of House Team and oversee general operations during opening hours, which may include evening and weekend shifts.

If you: 

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have experience cash handling
  • Have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Have what it takes to be proactive in the running of a busy climbing centre
  • Have the ability to motivate a team of staff
  • Are able to ensure the highest standards of health & safety are maintained at all times
  • Have previous experience in a roped climbing centre
  • Hold a CWI or RCI or equivalent experience
  • Have a current first aid certificate
