White Spider is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our Operational Management Team. As a key team member, you’ll lead the Front of House Team and oversee general operations during opening hours, which may include evening and weekend shifts.
If you:
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have experience cash handling
- Have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Have what it takes to be proactive in the running of a busy climbing centre
- Have the ability to motivate a team of staff
- Are able to ensure the highest standards of health & safety are maintained at all times
- Have previous experience in a roped climbing centre
- Hold a CWI or RCI or equivalent experience
- Have a current first aid certificate
