About the role

We are looking for a driven marketing person the help drive our brand awareness by managing a variety of digital marketing activities to tell our story, driving awareness, engagement and sales with copy and content across our website, social and email.

The Role

  • Writing and editing marketing content for promotional activities.
  • Creating new sales collateral and updating existing.
  • CRM database management and applications.
  • Manage and update Website and digital assets
  • Work with graphic team to create brochures.
  • Advertising campaigns.
  • Email campaigns.
  • Press releases.
  • Managing relationships with industry organisations.
  • Maintaining brand standards.
  • Marketing KPIs, reporting metrics.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements of the Role

  • Knowledge of climbing and or climbing wall industry 
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or another related subject.
  • Expertise with CRM systems for managing ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
  • Ability to work closely with both in house team, subcontractors and agencies.
  • Excellent English grammar and spelling, essential for editing and proof-reading copy.
  • Graphic design and software skills.
  • Strong project management and execution with high level attention to detail.
