EP climbing is the leading artificial climbing wall manufacturer. Producing climbing wall for Gyms, schools, military, private use and competitions suppling walls to both the IFSC and the Olympic Games in 2020. Based in Kelbrook, Lancashire on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. You could be working within our dynamic team, dedicated to supplying the best climbing walls in the world.

EP is also known for Clip 'n Climb and is the international market leader in leisure climbing centres and has built up a profile that is synonymous with fun, quality and safety.

About the role

We are looking for a driven marketing person the help drive our brand awareness by managing a variety of digital marketing activities to tell our story, driving awareness, engagement and sales with copy and content across our website, social and email.

The Role

  • Writing and editing marketing content for promotional activities.
  • Creating new sales collateral and updating existing.
  • CRM database management and applications.
  • Manage and update Website and digital assets
  • Work with graphic team to create brochures.
  • Advertising campaigns.
  • Email campaigns.
  • Press releases.
  • Managing relationships with industry organisations.
  • Maintaining brand standards.
  • Marketing KPIs, reporting metrics.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements of the Role

  • Knowledge of climbing and or climbing wall industry 
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or another related subject.
  • Expertise with CRM systems for managing ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
  • Ability to work closely with both in house team, subcontractors and agencies.
  • Excellent English grammar and spelling, essential for editing and proof-reading copy.
  • Graphic design and software skills.
  • Strong project management and execution with high level attention to detail.
