We are currently looking for a part time assistant to the UK Sales Agent. Applicants can be based anywhere in the UK and work will involve approx 2-3 days per week mainly at home, but with the regular need for travel to site visits and meetings around the UK.
Suitable candidates for the post will:
Be passionate about climbing and climbing walls
Have a very good knowledge and understanding of the UK climbing wall market and current trends
Be self motivated and capable of working without direct supervision
Have an excellent standard of written and verbal communication
Be prepared to use their own vehicle to attend meetings
Be very persistent!
Other useful attributes:
Previous sales experience
Knowledge of climbing wall construction
Knowledge of climbing wall operation
Sketchup skills
Experience with negotiating sales contracts
Remuneration will be dependant on experience but will most likely be a fixed fee plus a percentage of profits
