Voluntary recall:

Following our internal quality control, Beal has voluntary issued a recall on the Tract Up rope clamp device (sold from 13/10/2020). In some cases the mobile cam can get stuck in the open position which causes a potential fall hazard.

What to do:

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return to the place of purchase for a full refund.
