This was my first ever route on Cloggy. Climbed in early May 1972. Note the breeches, red knee socks and white Compton helmet.

My first route on Cloggy too in 75 I think, nearly fell off half way along the bow traverse and again high up when I uprooted a 4ft block. Vivid memories even now

LOL, look at all the runners you did not put on.
It must have felt hard when I did it in the 60s as it is bleached from my mind. I was posh, had double ropes, well I needed them to ab off when stuck.
