Crop off the bottom! Why? So many potential good photos are ruined by poor or lacking foreground interest. This works for me. I might possibly increase the contrast to make it stand out more from the background, but this is really nitpicking. Lovely photo. Well deserves a 5!

When I say crop a bit off the bottom I would only take off up to the darkest piece of shadow on the lhs. Just enough to make the clouds and storm the main feature. At the moment the foreground and background are both competing to be the main interest and your eye is not sure where to settle first. Just my opinion though, it's always with experimenting with these things
