Ok, i'll be the party-pooper. Catherine, you really do need to straighten the horizon on this one, those hills on the right don't look at all convincing.
sheep - 08/Dec/11
yes, the problem with the hills on the right is that the image is a stitch of 5 photographs, and a certain amount of warping has occurred, I've tried lots of configurations of it and I felt that this was the best since the least amount of the image was affected, including the people on the left, who otherwise are at a slant! - but I do take your point. I will work on it some more... oh for a proper panoramic camera!

A word of advice then, if you don't mind. Open, compare, rotate and stitch 2 frames at a time. i.e., 1&2, 2&3 etc. A little bit labourious, but it'll give a truer representation.

I will try that, thank you
Catherine Speakman - 09/Dec/11
I've found that if I give my photos a very generous overlap when shooting frames for a stitch then there are less problems later, so try experimenting on how you shoot before lashing out on a new pano' camera. Possibly the software had difficulty identyfiying points with all that white stuff, I will have to try shooting that one sometime to see if it is warped.
