You're quite right, that is too low; however the description couldn't be more vague if it tried. The correct traverse, or at least the one we did, was along the higher break (which has a few crimpy moves to gain it)

Yes, that's what we concluded. Due to rope drag we had to take a hanging belay in the corner round the arete and then do a short pitch up to the ledge.
