Great! Tricky lighting with the shade but this nails it.

I agree, well managed contrast (or just lucky!). Great angle and sense of scale, just wish we could see their eyes... Still gave it a 5 though.

Really well done, Octo is a very tough route to photograph to say the least. And as Alasdair said. you've got the rock texture just right. A classic Cloggy photo, I'm giving it a 5.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Fortunately it was a little later in the day so the contrast was more manageable, getting into the position to take the photo was definitely harder.
