Clogwyn D'ur Arddu - The Black Cliff but referred to with affection by Climbers as Cloggy. - Yesterday I was intending to go up there but I checked the forecast for the summit of Yr Wyddfa or Snowdon in old money and it said Fog Mist and a bit of snow. I looked up and thought oh it doesn't look quite so bad and theres always the chance of an awesome photo in bad weather. So up the hill I trogged. As I approached there was mist sweeping around the Cwm but on arrival the cloud dropped the rain started in earnest and the wind got up. After half an hour sheltering by a boulder I gave up and retreated to Llanberris. Today it was clear and I spent a couple of hours in the Cwm taking photos and exploring the area. (best seen on a big screen) This shots a vertical HDR panorama so 6 photos in total then merged in Lightroom

Is this processed using SilverFXPro? The definition is superb. The advantage of a tripod. Well done!

Thanks Sean glad you like it. The processing was mainly in Lightroom. Mainly local adjustments I used radial filters on the cliffs to bring out the whites and darken the blacks a bit and brushed the foreground grasses to raise the texture and bring out the whites of the grasses. I used a linear gradient on the sky to darken it down a bit.
